Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao - Handwritten Collection

Clean, good fitness center and nice resturant

Location was a bit to far away from center of town.

the location is good.

The hotel is quite run down. Especially in the lobby area. There the seating is old and worn, the breakfast buffet over crowded and messy. The is no shop, the bar was closed and the general appearance of things was worn out.

Great location, huge room, nice breakfast. For a 2-night stay, absolutely perfect.

Unusually large amount of deposit- but it was returned in 1 week without any problems.

The hotel was well decorated and the location was excellent. It was easy to walk out to find food and have access to malls. The beds were comfortable and the place was well-maintained despite being old.

The free wifi was unusable and the breakfast selection was not great either, especially for the price. The bar was mostly closed as well whilst we were there.

Receptionist was very friendly. Nice breakfast and staff were treating one another nicely, which is always a good sign.

The carpet in the room could really use a refresh (removal). This is regrettable, because it bring the entirel hotel down, which is oretty good apart from this.

I like the cleanliness of the lobby

Breakfast was overcharged and has very few western items

location close to my meetings.

a bit old fashioned, carpets need a refresh. Bathroom quite small and need also a refresh

Really pretty hotel with a classic vibe. Easy check in and check out. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was really helpful if we needed anything. It's not near anything touristic which was fine for me, but it's close to a couple of metro stations to go anywhere.

The breakfast buffet was was varied and had a lot of choice. Plus, things were refilled in a timely manner, even though the restaurant was really busy. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Location is a bit far from many of the tourist spots, but the metro line 10 is close by and easy to use.

The hotel is somewhat old but in good shape. The location was great for my needs. The internet speed was reasonable - my test show around 30Mb/s download speed. The service was excellent - you could see that some of the staff has been working in this hotel for many many years. You have a supermarket and 7/11 nearby. Great value for money.

It's old, the swimming pool is too small if you really want to exercise swimming training.

Grear value for the price. Excellent breakfast. Spacious and super clean room. Sauna and swimming pool.

Nothing. We've been there 4 times in few months. We will be back again

Very clean attentive staff.

Couldn't buy coffee to bring to room, $20 daily internet charges.

Watch out! They automatically add a Unicef donation to your bill without you knowing it.

Expensive, expensive, expensive! The sandwich at the cafe is the most expensive sandwich I've paid in all of china!
